2. How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form on our website, email us, call us, send us a text message, book a consultation, or engage us as a client. If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you text messages. We operate two separate message programmes and you may consent to either or both:

• Marketing messages — special offers, discounts, new service announcements and other promotional content.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out of SMS: you can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a single confirmation message and we will not send you further messages, other than any message required to complete a transaction you have already initiated. 5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — to third parties who perform services on our behalf and who are bound to protect your information, including our customer relationship management platform, email and SMS delivery providers, scheduling tools, website hosting providers and payment processors. These providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
• Professional advisers — our accountants, auditors and lawyers where reasonably required.
• Legal reasons — where we are required or authorised by law to do so, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent: no mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except subcontractors acting strictly as our service providers to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for their own purposes.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function correctly as a result.
