1. What personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details — your name, business name, email address, mobile or landline telephone number, and business location or service area.
- Enquiry information — the trade or industry you operate in, details of the services you are interested in, and any other information you choose to include in a form submission, email, phone call or text message.
- Booking and appointment information — dates, times and details of consultations or calls you schedule with us.
- Account and billing information — where you become a client, the information needed to provide our services and process payment. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring URL, collected automatically when you use our website.
- Communications records — records of emails, SMS messages and calls between you and us, including your consent preferences and opt-out requests.
2. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you complete a form on our website, email us, call us, send us a text message, book a consultation, or engage us as a client. We also collect technical information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse our website.
3. How we use your personal information
We use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and provide the information you have requested;
- schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments and consultations;
- provide, manage and support the services you have engaged us for;
- send you service, account, booking and billing notifications;
- send you marketing and promotional messages, where you have given us consent to do so;
- improve our website, services and customer experience;
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
4. SMS and text message communications
If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you text messages. We operate two separate message programmes and you may consent to either or both:
- Non-marketing messages — appointment reminders and confirmations, customer service replies, account and order updates, and follow-ups regarding enquiries you have submitted.
- Marketing messages — special offers, discounts, new service announcements and other promotional content.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out of SMS: you can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a single confirmation message and we will not send you further messages, other than any message required to complete a transaction you have already initiated. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or by asking us during any call. Reply HELP to any message, or email us, for assistance.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — to third parties who perform services on our behalf and who are bound to protect your information, including our customer relationship management platform, email and SMS delivery providers, scheduling tools, website hosting providers and payment processors. These providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
- Professional advisers — our accountants, auditors and lawyers where reasonably required.
- Legal reasons — where we are required or authorised by law to do so, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy continuing to apply.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent: no mobile information will be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party except subcontractors acting strictly as our service providers to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for their own purposes.
6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not function correctly as a result.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Accessing, correcting and deleting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, or request that we delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
